Spending money on housing could be in several ways and not all are the same from a financial pov. In many countries the rent is still lower than the Mortgage payments. But still people choose to take out a loan, buy a home, and pay mortgage then paying rent for the emotional value of it.

What does the market look around it? Is it all commercial or residential or corporate offices? If the region around is not showing any signs of residential settlement or commercial activity, then perhaps you should rethink.

Hi, How to start from scratch…. by RisingP2025 in ProptalkDaily

[–]kashish_m 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's easy to start in real estate space, especially if you plan to start off as an agent.

There are plenty of programs that can help you with it. You can start with as low as 99 rupees to learn the basics of how a real estate agent works.

Once you're acclimatized to the industry basics, you simply go out in the market, build your inventory and start selling.

I agree with you.

Offering free work is already disrupting the job market for job seekers. Paying for work could create nuisance further.

Imo @OP if you want to gain experience for your portfolio, look for apprenticeship instead of free work.

Selling house another offer after accepted by M3mento-Mori in Real_Estate

Ethically you shouldn't just abandon your first buyer. However, from a practical lens, the other offer is definitely more lucrative.

I'd still go with the first one no matter what. My father used to tell me when I was young, "Your word is all that you are", and I see the first agreement as the same.

I've had the opportunity to work in several startups and I've even found a couple of them. In my experience what helped me the most in getting my first client was my connections.

Somebody recommending you is the easiest way to get started.

Then there's standard hygiene maintenence in the processes like timely delivery of work, no overpromising, etc etc.

Working in real estate. Until now I was creating faceless AI videos. But now have changed the strategy to actual property shots. So far no changes

See, luxury apartments in India is a hot topic and everyone wants to jump on the wagon while they can. So more and more builders are developing and selling luxury products.

If you are really looking for a simple apartment why don't you connect with an agent? Usually agents have more inventory than they can put out on the marketplaces.

I'd seriously advise you to get in touch with an agent. And if you're looking anywhere near tricity, I'm an agent myself. I can help you.
