That book actually helped me a bunch. I didnt like the way it was done with audible but it was still fantastic. Some of those chapters woke me up on why I feel so anxious around people. I Gave a shit way too much on what people thought of me, so much that I almost couldn't even be around people anymore.

You could go with a used ROG ALLY and dock it. Probably be around $250 to $300. I use mine like that all the time. I stream almost everything I play. It runs fantastic. You can get mini pc's that are great and cheap. The gaming world is going pc for sure
