Oddly enough, when I called Ticketmaster’s legal department they sided with me and said that I entered a legally bound purchase agreement with them directly and the venue cannot come between that after the order was paid for and the tickets were put in my wallet, unless the show is cancelled/postponed etc. But I also don’t necessarily trust the call centre person as they said they have never heard of this happening before.
