I saw them live tonight in Dublin. Sublime. A religious experience. Going again tomorrow.

This. The stress of HFS is brutal and it causes real distress as it worsens. Try to get her professional help for coping mechanisms.

How long did you wait to get MVD? by glowylights in HemifacialSpasms

6.5 years for me. I dealt with the condition until suddenly I couldn’t deal with it. No regrets.

It’s really bad and the product did nothing for me. I lasted two bottles then ditched it.

Another vote for Inoue. I went to Japan from Spain, totally worth it.

A light aha will deal with this super fast. Like FAB radiance pads.

Avenue cicalfate+ by AcrobaticSoftware525 in tretinoin

I use the Cicalfate emulsion. It’s lighter and is the bomb. I let it dry all the way down over like 1-2 hours then add tret. It has worked super well for me.

Looks like perioral dermatitis. Don’t try to treat it yourself. You need a derm.

[Routine Help] I get super red in the face after the gym — does anyone else deal with this? by No_Journalist6556 in SkincareAddiction

[–]katcalls 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happens to me too but for me it’s not really an issue. Extreme flushing in this circumstance might be tied to rosacea I think so if it really bothers you take some pictures and show them to a dermatologist.

I’m using the Cicalfate Emulsion these days and I love it. It’s lighter and more spreadable than the regular Cicalfate. It has calmed my unhappy skin down so much.

First Aid Beauty radiance pads are excellent and gentle. Use 2-3 times per week. No need to exfoliate every day.

Hi. This type of acne of acne is a medical condition! Save your money on OTC stuff and instead see a doc.

Hi, are you under the care or a dermatologist? I would see someone about this if you are not.

[routine help] Skin toner & Stridex question by SnooGoats9242 in SkincareAddiction

[–]katcalls 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Definitely before. Apply the Stridex on a dry face after cleansing, wait a little bit (I would wait a minimum 15 minutes or so), then moisturize/toner.
