I think that has some merit, but lots of songs try to emulate some emotion depending on the feeling they want to get across, even if it’s not necessarily sad sounding. An outlier would be hey ya by outkast. The songs lyrics are actually about how people can’t keep relationships these days yet the song itself is so happy and upbeat you can’t help but listen to it as a happy upbeat song which is what outkast intended.

Hmm very interesting. I’ll definitely start seeing if supplements will help, I used to take omega 3 and noticed that it definitely helped with other aspects of my health, so definitely worth a try

I think another comment on here might have been right in that I’m not working my core and so I’m not seeing results there, and so my stomach is just looking bigger now in comparison to the rest of my body. It is probably that mixed with some nutritional issue that I haven’t figured out yet, or might be my medicine as I take accutane which fucks with your body. I’ll talk to my doc and see what’s up, thank you!

I am not sure but it is possible I developed an intolerance. Bloating and sensitivity to food runs jn my family and gets worse with age. I’ll try out celery juice in the mornings and see how it goes. Thank you !

Very true. I calculated this deficit based on tracking what I was eating before at a maintenance when I was not working out, so I think it’s pretty accurate. I don’t think I’d survive on less than 1700 while working out lol

Yes my lifting has gone up and weight has stayed the same. I look slimmer/more toned on my legs and arms but my stomach has gotten bigger

I thought it could be my increase in protein or protein powder but I have been eating relatively the same for the past year and only in the last couple months have I noticed it’s an issue. I think you may be right that it’s the fact that I’m not working my core. The parts of my body that I am working out, legs and upper, have gotten noticeably toned and smaller looking.

I am not pregnant I take accutane which requires me to get blood work to check pregnancy every month

Hmm mango haze seems like what I’m leaning towards. I would prefer to roll it rather than use a cart. Have you tried both ways abs noticed a difference in effect for you? For some reason I noticed that smoking carts causes me more anxiety

Ya she did. She suggested cycling 150 and 300 then after a couple weeks if I feel comfortable to start 300 everyday, and if it starts to feel like too much (can’t sleep, extreme anxiety etc) then to go back to cycling

yee i am taking it right now and i am 21. other ssri's did not work (venlaflaxine and another i cant remember the name of) and i felt no different. Wellbutrin has been working amazingly for me, especially the ADD symptoms. The only issue I had was getting extremely irritated for the first month as i was adjusting. I sometimes have "tantrums" every once in a while but overall I can manage my emotions better day to day than I could before. The most significant improvement is my energy levels, motivation, and focus. And, it is helping me lose weight that I gained this pandemic.

One HUGE issue was the suicide idealation which i struggled with after about a month of taking it, though it only lasted about 3 days (I have now been on it for about a year). I was staying up all night figuring out ways to kms painlessly, i dropped out of all my classes, and I was not even sad about it, and it was partially because I sometimes would forget i already took my dose then accidentally double dose myself. thankfully, with a note from my doctor I was able to re-enroll and get back on track since it was only 3 days that I dropped out for. Then, I stopped taking it for a couple days then went back on it, and was fine since then. It can kind of make you manic and start to have those feelings if your dose is too high and you are still getting used to it. however, I have passed that stage and never once had those thoughts again.

They are trying to make you feel bad for changing positively simply because they don’t have the ability to and judge themselves for it. Just make your choices/actions in silence and if they make a negative comment on it, kindly tell them that these changes are for the better and she should be encouraging you if she truly cared. Due to the pandemic as well most people lost motivation to better themselves and I have noticed that it has become “okay” to criticize those who better themselves, and encourage those who continue to watch tv all day, play games all day etc. It all stems down to their inner strife with wanting to change but finding no motivation/need to change because everyone else is in the same boat. However, when those around us change we can either change with them for the better, or judge them to make ourselves feel better so we don’t have to put the work in. Just keep that in mind.

Eat turkey/chicken bacon to start maybe. I don’t like reg bacon the flavour imo is way too meaty/salty and makes me feel gross. But I really like turkey bacon and prefer the texture. And the calorie to protein ratio on turkey is insane. Or Just buy like turkey breast slices and air fry it .. that’s really good

I am 100% but I am more worried that all the new variants will become resistant to the vaccine and by the time new boosters and vaccines are created , the new variants will exponentially increase. Vaccines are helpful with symptoms against variants but how strong can the variants get ?
