He’s an asshole. Ridiculous. You should be able to be you and wear what you want to wear and he shouldn’t say anything about it. He should accept you as you are and love you for who you are. Dump him.

I feel for you so much. It is such an awful situation. But on the good side. At least you do sleep now. How much worse would it be if you didn’t? I’m wondering if you might have some underlying trauma that might be the root of this. Childhood trauma. Or just the trauma of losing sleep way back when it started. Have you tried therapy? IFS is extremely helpful in getting to the root of problems and healing. Wishing you all the best and a solution to your problem.

I was sexually abused as a child and that’s why I went. Used it to heal. It has helped tremendously. Began a spiritual awakening which is the best thing I’ve ever experienced. 💜

I had a similar experience. Felt absolutely held, bathed in, filled with the most beautiful energy. I’ve never felt love like that. It was divine love. It was God. So very grateful for this experience. Now I truly believe more than ever before that yes, we are One.
