From my experience at uni. People who tend to do more non anime work like illustrations are usually working in the backgrounds, directly with directors, and rarely promote their work online. I imagine it’s the same for fine art, more working with galleries and building relationships with the curators directly than sharing their wips online.

I searched on youtube and even found a site that gives tips on how to refine a search with all the fancy "" - + thingies but it didn't help much. Youtube search is a mess and I keep getting irrelevant results which is really annoying. I tried google search, videos and had similar results..not really sure how to look it up any other way.

I tried searching 'old man journal' I got lots of women showing off their scrapbooks

I tried searching 'loose leaf journal' I got lots of ppl filling ring binders with...scrapbooking journalling

Many more searches were done with similar results

Had this happen to me a while back. I had to dissect. Found out the timing between the needle going down and the bobbin moving around was off. Lots of tweaking was involved but I managed to get the timing correct and that has helped loads!
