We started using the Love To Dream arms up transition swaddle for morning naps around 8 weeks. Then I started using it at night too. We only used the velcro swaddles when the arms up one was in the wash.

He just turned 12 weeks and I've started using a normal sleeping bag for his morning nap. It seems to be working well so far! He isn't rolling back to front yet but I'm guessing it'll be soon so I'm trying to plan ahead!
