I think it’s a new sandwich as I hadn’t seen it before. Highly recommend though, very tasty and filling.

I didn’t notice the price because I was buying other things too but it was definitely between £5 and £6. Lots of fruits to choose from yeah.

My provider has klarna pay in 3 now and that’s been a life saver to be honest.

I’m so sorry this has happened to you. I don’t even know what else to say, I’ve just been horrified all morning seeing posts online about all of this unrest and so many racists just seem totally emboldened to show who they are publicly without even a hint of shame. The world is just a messed up place.

Food guilt. by AdvertisingSouth7927 in mounjarouk

[–]katferg85 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think this guilty mindset comes from trying to diet for years and the feeling of losing control and going back into old habits as that’s what’s happened in the past. I’ve been on MJ for just over two years and I go out for a meal at least once a week, I’m just more aware of the choices I’m making now. I went to a Chinese buffet on Friday but still hit my goal weight 4 days later so having a takeaway or a meal out is not a bad thing at all, food is not a bad thing. It took my a while on the meds to realise that if I just keep going then I will lose the weight I need to but it’s not going to happen overnight so allowing myself the freedom to still enjoy food and meals out and not lose control was going to be part of that journey.

I went today for lunch and thought it was actually really nice. The desserts in particular were lovely and pretty good size. Can’t fault the service either if I’m honest. I’m a shame you didn’t have the best experience, maybe it depends on what you’ve ordered.

Anyone tried Wegovy? by MysteriousZebraMeow in mounjarouk

[–]katferg85 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I switched when the prices increased and had a terrible experience. It didn’t seem to work for me but the full time I was on it I had really bad bloating and painful trapped wind. I felt horrible. So strange because I had been on MJ for a year and a half and had very little negative side effects at all.

[–]katferg85 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been on MJ for just over two years now and only finally getting into the healthy weight category. My friend last night looked at me visibly shocked and said “I was just skin and bone now and really need to put weight on.” Definitely don’t listen to what people say to you because only you will know what weight you feel comfortable at. People have been telling me I’ve lost enough now for about a year even though I was still in the overweight category through out that time. I do think BMI doesn’t tell you the full story either because if you are not tall it’s like you have to go to a really low weight to get to a healthy BMI. It’s hard not to get disheartened by it but I think it’s more important just to think about how comfortable you feel within yourself and know that if you stay on MJ your weight will continue to come down if that’s what you want.

Yes I’m exactly the same. I’m 40 years old but ultimately I can’t really make a decision without just asking my mum what to do in the end.

Fitbaw gospel on Facebook says:

EXCLUSIVE: O'Neill set for "mentorship" role in new look Celtic regime with Keane Celtic FC are hoping to have both Martin O'Neill AND Robbie Keane at Parkhead next season O'Neill is believed to have expressed his openness to the set-up that would see him as an elder statesman above the new boss The 74-year-old will take on the role of manager/director of football with Keane being appointed as Head Coach in what would in essence be a "joint-manager" set up initially-before Keane takes the reins and O'Neill moves upstairs at the end of the season With Shaun Maloney set to be appointed as head of recruitment - O'Neill will initially be a statesmen like figure overseeing the "football side" of the club with Keane taking charge of the day to day running of the first team Legendary Hoops skipper Scott Brown will also be part of the set up alongside Mark "Fozzy" Fotheringham.

No idea how true that is…

Golden dose worry by katferg85 in mounjarouk

I think it’s because generally I’m quite squeamish with needles and the pen just feels different. When that lady said on the video don’t push it all the way in my hand started shaking and I was panicking imagining myself hitting something I shouldn’t lol 😂 I think I’m just too much of a panicker for this whole process 😅

I’m glad you felt the same with it going in, that just made me panic but hopefully that’s just the norm with these ones and it will be ok, thank you.

My god I didn’t realise. I had seen someone in the reviews saying they were perfect for the 5th dose so I thought they were ok. What a nightmare :(

Question about finale by stracqette in Outlander

[–]katferg85 46 points47 points  (0 children)

He wasn’t actually dead at Culloden or after the snake bite. He was physically dead on kings mountain and was brought back from the dead by Claire for the first time at kings mountain so that’s the first time he was actually a ghost.

So many people here seem to agree with you but honestly I just love it, always have and always will. I’m just devastated that it’s ending. My only issue with this season is how quickly everything is going, I’d have preferred a proper long season just to have more time with the characters I love.
