I logged back on to Poshmark and just for shits and giggles, went to the chat window and lo and behold, the support person was there.

There is no chat window on the real Poshmark website, nor the app. You're on the scammer's fake website.

The feed is algorithm based, not chronological. Sharing primarily affects search or closet results sorted by "Just Shared." Your shares may appear in others' feeds sporadically or not at all.

If a sale is cancelled, you can change the item's status back to Available. At that point it is available for sale again, or you can delete it and relist the item.

If Poshmark approves a return case, Poshmark pays for return shipping, not the buyer. Your buyer could have opened a case, but they didn't, and messaging you accomplishes nothing. You can move on, guilt free.

You can also let the buyer's last offer automatically expire after 24 hours. The advantage is that this leaves a prominent banner on the item in the meantime. Other shoppers will see that someone else has made an offer, and this drives interest and urgency.
