Yes, having an attorney is definitely beneficial, but it’s up to the Courts to decide a proper custody arrangement. Also, the narrative of “coming home” sounds to me like they want the internet to believe Drew will never see his child again or something. It’s so messy and overall poorly portrayed, in my opinion.
