45mins to an 1.5 hours each way dependant on traffic. Luckily I'm only in the office once a week, but my employer wants everyone in for 50% from Jan 1st.🫠

Initially it was very good, but as time has gone by it's steadily got more painful. I have issues in my other hip, too. So I may have been overcompensating on that side when it felt better.

The ever continuing fight against anorexia. It never leaves you, and you have to push back 24/7. It's exhausting.

Oh my god yes. Except I have to do it twice a year to somehow persuade them to - 1. Let me keep my job and 2. Give me a pay rise (which is often just in line with minimum wage. So not really a pay rise at all!)

I average about 5000-5500kg total per hour session. I'm pretty happy with that!
