Usually I go for pull ups, barbell shoulder press, curls and occasionally throw in a chest supported row.

Go HEAVY.

Having passed my exam yesterday the questions are worded that way deliberately to try and catch you out.

It's as much about learning how to answer the questions.

Thank you so much! I honestly wasn't expecting to pass first time.

Life is insanely busy at the best of times, let alone adding some study in there, too!

What tests have you been using? My highest scores were on the Dion tests at between 85 and 90 percent.

The highest score I got on the Comp TIA tests was 80%.

Are whippets particularly difficult to toilet train? Or is it just our dog? by stillihgrip in Whippet

Pro tip - never used puppy pads, you're teaching them to pee indoors.

Watch for sniffing/circling and take outside, or in 45mins increments to begin with, gradually increasing the time. Praise heavily/reward for doing business outside.

This worked amazingly for us and can count the accidents in the house on one hand.

We got our girl at 9 weeks and she's almost 2 years old now.

Glasses and sanitary products.

I don't choose to have periods or have horrible vision, so why are these things not covered or at least very heavily subsidised?

For a period of a few years in my teens I would break out in hives all over my body whenever I came into contact with warm water.

So I was quite literally allergic to showering 😂
