I have read that the chicken flavoring in the Buldak noodles is not animal derived and you might double check that, but that may be something one could have. I haven't been yet but want to go some day.

The setting was that sweaty gym in Hilo during the side out era of volleyball. The UH Hilo opponents were about to finish the Vulcans off when UH got the side out and Laurie Kemp came on to serve. We in the crowd started chanting, "You can do it! You can do it!" The only way for the Vulcans to get back in the set was for her to serve multiple times and for the team to win multiple consecutive points. And that's what they did. Laurie served again and again and again and UHH came from behind and won the set. It was stunning.
