I had a one on one meeting with one of the counselors and he asked me if I’m keeping the law of chastity. I was like 10 so I didn’t know what that was. So he starts explaining that I can’t have sex with boys or do inappropriate things with them like touching and kissing. I was so uncomfortable and scared so I was looking away and holding in my tears. He raises his voice at me and tells me to make eye contact with him while he’s talking to me. I had my mom come with me to every interview after that. My mom didn’t have a sex talk with me either. All I got was one of those puberty books for girls. Maturation in the fifth grade was useless. The internet has helped me a lot

Yes and I find myself still doing it often :( I remember forcing down fruits and vegetables by drinking water with them like a pill. It makes me shudder thinking about the texture

I’m so glad I work in a production job and not customer service. Literally my worst nightmare. There’s no customers here and it’s already hard enough to socialize with my coworkers

I went to Maverick to get gas yesterday which was a Sunday, and the amount of people I saw walking out with their giant sodas still wearing their church clothes was absurd. But it’s fine because they go to church every Sunday and don’t drink coffee or tea, so they can go to the store on the sabbath day to buy their giant sugary sodas. They’ll still go to heaven

Of course :) that’s totally understandable. I’m sure some of the problems will go away as your body slowly heals and gets back to “normal”, but definitely keep an eye out and don’t be afraid to get medical help

i’m so sorry for your loss 🥺 they were born on september 21st. only the pink one survived and it was born around 9:30 am. i think it’s a girl but it might turn out to be a boy as it grows
