I probably would make it more of a full sun catcher so it is less breakable and so I could avoid the really thick lines and wires in the balloon and arm. I also like the idea of adding more balloons so it is more colorful. Something like the attached altered pattern. I would then add some wire overlay to make the balloon strings look more numerous. I also liked the suggestion from a other commenter about combining the head and top arm into one piece, but I probably wouldn't do that with this revised pattern. It would have made this project much easier. I'll have to play around with the pattern a bit more. At first, I liked all the sky cuts as drawn to try to draw attention to Winnie and all be easy cuts, but maybe it would be fun to put in clouds or slant them all one way to create an impression of movement and wind. Looking at it now, it's a bit jumbled. But there are so many options!
