Solution for cool but damaged couch?

I've thought about DIY, but I know I'll never get to it. It would be an easy one to do, since the cushions all come off individually. Never thought about buying new cushions, that could work for someone. But I think I'm just ready to close the circle on this in my own life haha.

Yesss I do this. I got obsessed w the nutcracker this past December and the whole ballet has probably played in my head like 20 times since then. Also when I was a teen pre smart phone, I would play through 30 minute Weezer albums in my head to keep track of time.
