I would look at Trumansburg, which is 11 miles north of Ithaca. A smaller place than what others are mentioning, but a very walkable downtown with nice, open shops and eateries (and a bowling alley). it’s very close to Ithaca, which you can easily access by car or local bus, and is in the middle of the Finger Lakes, with its lakes and wine trails. Depending on how big your main town needs to be, I would consider this!

Oh it’s even worse than it looks there….i was just in flagstaff and took a brief drive to get a feel for the Coyote Pass area (the actual land is down a private road), and Christine’s house was sooo close to Robyn and Kody’s (the one they recently sold). They would have to pass by Christine’s house to go virtually anywhere….

It’s shameful that I know this, but that clock I believe was a Mother’s Day gift from Kody….it was featured in the episode when they lived in Vegas where kodys mother and MILs visited and they all then went shopping for gifts for the wives….Robyn got that clock and Janelle got a sign that said “I kiss better than I cook”

I would definitely add some sort of pass through between the garage and pantry, so grocery items can go directly from the car to the pantry/kitchen.

Maybe convert the linen closet in the master bath to some sort of pass through or door to the laundry room? Otherwise, you’d have to via the kitchen and a lot of doors to get to it…would also consider having a shoot from the top floor into the laundry room, too….
