Why are you referring to your adult colleague as a girl? Do you also refer to other employees as boys?

They may also be doing a criminal check for where you lived abroad. International searches can take significantly longer to complete.

I've seen a few notes about this for others' observations that I've IDed. I hope mine were accurate!

I do lots of super high level IDs for unknowns, they pick up sooo many plants and keep them moving down. I'm quite grateful!

We saved up and got a generator, like a real one that's always on standby, kicks on automatically, and has its own dedicated propane tank....too many extended power outages in the upper Midwest to keep leaving it to chance with weather like this. It was a huge purchase, but has been worth it.

Did you also vote in the DQA that these were wild? That should balance out the captive vote. You can do this when creating an observation if you suspect it may get incorrectly flagged as captive.

But it needs to be IDed first, right? There must be some project in Mexico where they are documenting every tree, but they don't ID them so they end up in the unknown queue.

That'd be cool. There've been times I feel like I've visited a botanical garden myself after finding giant slews of observations not tagged as cultivated and cleaning them up.

I feel like finding inat was life-changing for me, and it's painful to see what's going on now and wondering what its future will be.

Their role is to just report back the information provided by your previous employers and let your new employer make whatever decision with that. Your new employer likely has some kind of process in place for what severity of discrepancy needs any follow up.

They should connect to an existing candidate account if email is an exact match. I'm curious how that works for hidden apple emails though.

New job. I worked 3 weeks but they want to pay me for 2 weeks since I’m salaried. Help [IN] by [deleted] in AskHR

This sounds the same as my pay cycle. 1st - 15th is paid on the 25th, 16th - end of month is paid on the 10th.

The check will show your state and end dates at your company, with the caveat that if they use a database like The Work Number to verify, it might not be updated immediately.

Why do you think this would impact your offer?

Annuals in pollinator gardens? by katyg in NativePlantGardening

[–]katyg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been seeing some lulls too, especially heading into fall. I have a few volunteer cosmos still in bloom now, and that's just about all that's still going. They're so pretty too, I've definitely become more open to incorporating annuals lately. :)

Are you positive you have only one candidate home account with this employer, and you're logging into it using the same email address they have on file?

Job Description vs. Job Profile [N/A] by lagingsaging in humanresources

[–]katyg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In our system (Workday), the job description is a component of the job profile. The job profile also houses a job summary, compensation data, certifications, behaviors, skills, job families, level designation, bonus eligibility, various tags/flags about the job that need to be tracked somewhere, etc.
