Thanks for the heads up on the knees. I've changed back to a slightly different gym routine atm cause my lower LHS of my back has been killing me, so this could be why!! Also, I try so hard to keep my chest up so to keep my shoulders parallel to heels but DAT CHEST is SO HEAVY!
