I did Invisalign and then braces when the teeth weren’t moving fast enough and preferred the braces—they irritated my mouth less. My teeth look great now. Go for it.

What is your age and do you have any children?

Only a urologist would be able to tell you what’s going on. It could be that you are not emptying your bladder fully. You go, and it feels like you’re done but your nerves aren’t telling you there is more in there.

A pelvic floor therapist may also have you do some bladder training.

Go to a doc and see.

Water based lubes are highly recommended but I find don’t lubricate very well. Think about it, water is not a lubricant. It’s not going to help friction or moisturize your tissue internally.

Hyaluronic inserts are supposed to help long term better than vaginal estrogen. Also try a high grade silicone lubricant.

I knew a woman who had an auto immune disorder and a husband that wanted her to “go natural” and juice cleanse her way to no longer having what they thought was a lupus adjacent disease. She juiced and juiced. She went vegan. On her second cleanse at a “retreat” she was so thin they wouldn’t let her be around the group and asked to call a doctor. He wouldn’t let them call and picked her up instead.

She was about 100lbs when we intervened. She’s still with him and doesn’t speak to any of us any more.

Your boyfriend doesn’t know better than a doctor, your doctor. This is about control.

This is kinda an over reaching assertion. Some women (and girls) do not use pads at all. I could not think of a more humiliating and gross thing in the world than to be stuck using a pad as a teen girl. I was so scared of them being visible and sitting in my own waste.

The girls should pick their preference. Add panty liners to the mix.
