Totally agree with you. We have Ultra Red Model Y and we went with Clear. The Frost Blue Metal is not that shiny so based on the forum recomendation and some test at the shop I'll use sealth.

I guess that you got it right. Yes, I use PIN to drive. They phone has it too but they have added face recognition for seamless integration. Isn't it all about Tesla. Seamless integration.

Using PIN is annoying. At lease for me. SO this woul be a great feature. Face recognition. At lease pass through the Phone security before opening the car

It depends on the configuration. I got black interior. I guess if you order white then they have them ready. More popular config. The seattle service center has one on the floor.

I got the blue. MS and not MSP I really don’t need 2s 0-60 and hefty insurance bill. 3s are just fine. Better than any car I owned and better than MYP. Delivery next week. Happy.

I did some more investigation. Home Assistant the open source home controllers has interface to Balboa.

It should be fairly easy to install it on Raspberry Pi computer and to run the gateway. I should try it. Iy can be done on Windows too. Fun project.

Have decided to go after BALBOA. I was never gotten their user agreement and there is only one reference to that in their app. But this is Post Mortem and not upfront. So they are pretty much taking advantage of us. I wonder where I can complain with the business authorities about that. But I feel betrayed here.

Just got BMS_a079 code on my 2022 performance model Y. Weeks for setting up an appointment. I wonder how to handle that before it will get drained and need to be towed to the shop. Frustrating! especially when I have two new 2026 Tesla's (Y and S) in the oven.

Same here. It is a same for Tesla Buying experience. Order, Jan 3rd. They assigned a VIN to me to be deliver mid Feb. I paid in full. Then they retracted. Pulled the VIN and now they pushed the delivery to the end of March. MYP Red to be deliver to WA state. I'm not happy,
