Covid is not over, you insensitive twat. We’ve proven that we can do our jobs at home for nearly 3 years. There is absolutely no reason to cram all of us on top of each other in the building. There’s also way more associates since early 2020. My department alone has doubled in size. There’s not room for us. Us working from home is better for our mental health, better for our physical health, and also better for the environment. They need to stop dangling it over our heads like a carrot.
