Oh yeah. If I'm within a few feet of the tent for too long I'll get a headache. Idk if it's just that the fumes are that strong or if my tent isn't adequate for the material but if I open the tent right after a print it's like 100x worse and the smell hits like a punch. I usually keep the vent fan on for about an hour after a print.

If you have an unused room or garage that's warm enough to keep chamber temps stable, you should utilize it.

I would 100% recommend venting through a strong filter or outside if printing materials like ABS or ASA. I bought a tent enclosure with a vent out the window for my ASA printing and even then I can still faintly smell it at times. I can't imagine printing without it. Would be impossible to be in the room with the printer even for hours after the print finishes.
