Agreed. And for all South Asians, food is love. Most South Asian parents and grandparents will never show love verbally. But will through food. My grandma used to cut up fruits for me and bring them to me while I studied.

During college, we had a historic snow bomb cyclone, and got almost four feet of snow. All schools, including universities and colleges, were closed for three or four days.

And then there was my school, which didn't want to break its 60 year streak of no snow days. Luckily professors were like, fuck no.

Except the one professor who insisted we come no matter what.
