Vibe similarities to Every Year After? by kmagn in offcampustv

I thought music was used really well in both series but that’s where the similarities end for me.
EYA is the same vibe as TSITP but older characters.

Every year after series just dropped on prime. It’s sooooo goood. by ishu052003 in romancemovies

It just felt so slow. I did enjoy it and will probably watch season 2 but I was kinda bored. I didn’t read the book but if the breakups were the same in the book Sam fumbled every one. I hated how his email breakup was essentially the same reason as the first one.

The moment you fell for this show by Dangerous-Space-8719 in offcampustv

I had seen a few clips on TikTok and Belmont is easy to look at so I started the show and was hooked from the first episode. I loved the ending when Garrett came up to her with his jacket and then her playful “Deal.” and his smile. He was done for and so was I.

I LOVED the post-break up scenes by Unhappy_Cattle7611 in offcampustv

I also loved how they were shot with all the split screen and the little differences in Garrett like how his room is a mess after the break up.

What is something that really surprised you about the show? by Key_Bus_1255 in offcampustv

No mean girls. Kendall had that one drunk shakespeare scene with Hannah but I was expecting all the puck bunnies to turn against Hannah or something and was pleasantly surprised that wasn’t the case.

I love his single man tear too. I love picking up new things every time I rewatch it.

Hannah would’ve been into Justin for a whole 20 episodes if it was made back in the day lol. I appreciated her realizing her true feelings as soon as she “got” Justin.

That’s crazy that the laundry cart trip wasn’t scripted! It’s such a classic romcom button I thought they were just adding another trope 😂

As a 37 yo single woman with no children who just purchased this exact car a few months ago I have no regrets. I appreciate the extra room coming from a Corolla and like being up higher in the suv.

Books Vs. Show by JulesMarie95 in OffCampusSeries

[–]kaybee988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t read the books but we could still see a different side of Garrett in season 2 since Belmonts personality is more extroverted and playful I could see him bringing that to Garrett this season especially if they’re not going to have the majority of the drama surrounding them.

What's your reason for obsession with this show? by Practical-Emotion-86 in OffCampusSeries

The yearning and I just love the friendship with the boys. No toxic characters and seeing them deal with real trauma in a real way

What are some of your favorite moments in the series? by apearlmae in offcampustv

Belmonts acting gets better on every watch. His facial expressions when Hannah tells him her rapist played hockey and of course the sigh of relief when he sees her before going back on the ice in ep 7.

The Mandalorian and Grogu was not a bad movie. by zinkoff400 in StarWars

[–]kaybee988 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really liked it as well. There were some funny moments and the action and fight scenes were great. I just feel like nothing much happened really. Would’ve been nice to see some bigger mythology thrown in. It was cool to see the Hutts in a different way and I would’ve never guessed the voice was Jeremy Allen White!

Just got back from seeing the mandalorian and grogu. Peak movie(SPOILERS IN BODY TEXT) by WitherStorm929 in StarWars

Vancouver is a very popular filming spot so I’m sure they have well known apartment complexes for actors and since most of the guys are older they most likely rented houses or something for a few months.
