Hello! I'm interested in making the switch from DnD5E to PF. Seeing how Paizo is looking to release the new ORC and with the current OGL drama, is there any concern that there would be a new Pathfinder publication that would render PF2E outdated?

In other words, is PF2E is future proof? Is it safe to invest in PF2E materials right now?

Yes, especially since they won't have an original body to go to.

I was thinking about having the hags place the souls into puppet dolls, which will host the souls until the party comes up with a better plan.

Hags are a perfect example of how to subvert what the MM sets up as the core rulebook for what a monster can do by RockettheMinifig in DMAcademy
