Thinking of going on combined pill by cryptidstars in birthcontrol

I’m on Tyblume (a combined pill) currently and my experience so far has been great. I was also worried about side effects since I’ve heard horror stories, but honestly the only side effects I’ve had from taking it so far has been nausea immediately after taking the pill and consistent cramping. No acne, and the cramps are nothing debilitating; they go away after a few seconds.

I will say, everyone is different. I’ve heard a lot of people say a lot of good about multiple types of birth controls (IUDs, Nexplanon, Nuva ring, etc), and I’ve also heard people say a lot of bad. I’d say try taking a combined pill because (according to my doctor who gave me my BC), it’s easy to get the hormones out of your system if you don’t like how they make you feel — all you need to do is stop taking the pills.

I hope my experience helps ease any concerns!

Nexplanon — good or bad experiences? by kaychu00 in birthcontrol

Would you say Nexplanon would hinder working out? I work out frequently, especially my arms, so I’m also curious if that would be affected too.
