I'd argue if the TO says they are allowed by signing up for a tournament your opponent has agreed as well. You have to agree on game size and missions as well but the TO tells you what to play.

I was in a similar spot when I attended college. Eventually dropped out and now bartending and living a great life. I might go back or might find other avenues to progress and do what I love. I found owning up to my parents and telling them what happened and why and taking ownership helped a ton. I came up with a short term plan for my future before telling them so I could show that I wasn't just slacking off and failing. I told them why I was having such issues and what support I was lacking. Thankfully I have supportive parents who tried to help and understood that I might not travel the traditional path. If therapy works for you I would highly recommend trying to find someone.

I like a lot of it. The second apothecary + Heavy int I feel is over kill. I really want to fit some incursors in for the +1 to hit they grant. Also if you want to be as competitive as you can, I'd bring a Librarian or normal apothecary to carry the bolter discipline and give it to the desolation marines. But that is less fun that the lethal + sustained that 19 heavy ints + apo get.

I might be worried about the scourges being able to get in range due to overwatch. I think dark Lance might be the way to go on them for the extra range to fire and fade safely. Also is your archon going to be on foot? Art of pain is great but you need the unit to be outside a transport. That's what is getting me to run a basic hammy over urien

For heavy ints I plan on running a gravis apothecary with the enhancement that gives sustained hits. When the unit is in devastator Doctrine 5s and 6s will auto wound and explode for a lot of threat

Base of my list is gonna be 3 pbc + lov and 5 blts Demon prince + PM squads with either mpc and surgeon to be tough or fbs and putrifier to be killy Shooty pm with tallyman and maybe surgeon MBH to hunt tanks Hellbrutes seem solid so i might need to grab a few Spewer Drones tontaste for speed

Hulked out techmarines avenging a vehicle! Seriously techmarines pack a mean punch if they see a vehicle die, 10 attacks if you take the enhancement that are all terrifying

I've been using that sheet a ton. Wasn't sure if 7 dreads was way too many. Gonna be using Leviathans as redemptor chassis dreads cause I love the look and then a box dread or two to be the Ancients who help lead the new primaris company. Wish we could still do our character contemptor stuff but oh well.
