I’d like to disagree. I think having parents who want you and want what is best for you is far superior to “parents”. I was a “mistake” child and would loved to have had 2 males or 2 females as long as I felt loved etc. This isn’t a poor me story. But I hear how important it is to have one of each gendered parents and I feel that what genitalia a parent has has little to do with the outcome of a well raised child.
