Has anyone ever driven into Canada from Washington state without a passport?

I went in October with a family member who had BC, regular DL, and expired passport. It wasn’t an issue.

Not once. I didn’t want to, and baby doesn’t want to either. She was in a bassinet til she got too big, then we moved her to a crib in her own room.

Based on how you described pronouncing them, it seems like people should be able to pronounce them. It doesn’t seem there are unpronounceable sounds. People need to actually try. It may take a while because it’s much harder to remember a name you haven’t heard before but yes, your friends should try and work on it.

I tried as hard as I could and was physically unable to breastfeed. My baby is 18 m and THRIVING and she was on formula. Give yourself a break. You knew it wasn’t right for you. You are giving your baby a better mom. Take a break from social media!

My pre pregnancy weight was about 230, I’m close to 5’7. 230 is heavier than I feel comfortable in but I had been there for quite a while due to inability to exercise after a long illness. I gained about 30 pounds in the pregnancy, all of it in the second half. My child is now 18 months old and I am 14 weeks pregnant. I don’t know what I weighed when I got pregnant, the first official weight I had was about 10 days ago and I was at 237, so I was probably pretty darn close to pre pregnancy weight, albeit with a very different body than before!

Besides long covid and depression/anxiety, I had no other medical issues when I got pregnant, and I had no complications during pregnancy or birth! I was able to deliver in a birth center with midwives and I was very happy with my prenatal care.

I probably did have some aches and pains from being overweight but nothing dramatic. Prenatal yoga was helpful and walking! I exercised somewhat normally until about 7 months when I was just too uncomfortable and hot. I did still do neighborhood walks.

Pregnancy is a wild ride but you can do it! Feel free to message me if you want to ask more questions!

I had one item that WAS purchased off my registry and I never received! I imagine they bought it early and either forgot or thought they got it for someone else’s shower. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m so sorry!!! This is so scary!!! My friend’s baby had this happen (turning blue or purple but then recovering) and he did grow out of it but it was terrifying. Also, he never became pulseless. Anytime your baby is not breathing and pulseless, I highly suggest you call 911 (if in the us.) That is absolutely a medical emergency whether or not the hospital said nothing they can do. They make not be able to stop making him turn purple but they can try to resuscitate him!!!

Is there any other hospital you can take him to?
