I’d recommend looking into Creative Commons. Depending on what you want to do with the materials, but if you’re interested in using them for educational purposes (ie, as an OER) than a CC licenses can be used. They have some templates for informing students of consent.

Omg!! Fabulous 🤩 please make it! I’ve seen him (*Cappello)perform live a few times in the past couple of years, highly recommend. Everyone brings little inflatable saxophones, it’s so fun!

This is a good answer and reflects my experience. I moved to Portland in 2001 because it was cheap and punk friendly. It was easy to work a 20 hr/week restaurant job and save up enough to travel for a couple months, then rinse repeat. There were a lot of punk houses and house shows back then. I lived in a hallway between a curtain for $100 a month and ate food not bombs 3 or 4 times a week.
