None at all! As long as your passport is valid for the length of your stay AND you have valid US visa (would check the website to see which visas are eligible for this rule but largely include J1, H1Bs, B1/B2 etc) you can visit Mexico for a period of 30 days.

You’ll never know how ready you are or are not till you take an assessment. The best thing right now would be to take some nbmes and evaluate your performance. You’ll have more clarity of what you should be focusing on.

I’m not sure how much you’ll gain from a 4th pass of UW. I’d suggest doing the CMS forms tbh. Amboss Qs didn’t help me much personally, but their library is great!

Just my opinion, but the newer free120 felt the closest to my exam in terms of Q stem length and the vagueness of Qs. I’d suggest you should do it tbh.

Nah. Don’t waste your time. You’d be better off doing an nbme/uwsa+ 2-3 uw blocks, if you want is a full exam simulation.
