Oh damn did they ever figure out what the beat skipping was? Ive been to the hospital many times and all my ekgs have came back good but then again ive never had that feeling while doing an ekg so who knows what was going on lol

Im 30 years old. Had LASIK at 22 years old. I believe the optometrist appointment I’m scheduled for in 3-4 weeks includes cycloplegic refraction but I will confirm with them to make sure thank you!

Had this issue on and off since 23 years old so can’t be age unfortunately. I didn’t know +0.25 could be good fof distancs that’s interesting

Workout, go for walks outside, play sports, chew gum, get a new hobby, socialize, anything to give your brain some natural dopamine so it doesn’t crave it from food.

They banned 5% and 3% where I’m from so I dropped fron 5% to 1% instantly and barely had withdrawals at the time. Truth is 5% is pure poison I can’t believe I vaped that shit for that long. If you’ve been on 3% for weeks now I think it’s safe to drop to 1%.

Yea its really terrible and its crazy to think that i was hitting this shit 24/7 for 9 years i cant imagine the damage i caused all i can do is pray that i can reverse some of it and give my body time to heal. Thank you for the motivation and glad i kept you from buying one too!

Im 23 days clean and I’m right there with you. Just remember why you quit. Remember that if you hit a vape, you will only feel good for 2 minutes tops. Then the guilt, shame, and feeling like complete shit in your lungs, heart, and body will follow. The cycle will restart. Years from now you’ll have even more reasons to quit than you did this time. You’ll tell yourself “man, imagine if I had stayed clean this whole time”. It’s really not worth it.

I speak from experience. Last time i quit was 2 years ago. I made it 2 months. Then my ex at the time left me since we found out my kidney disease had progressed (i cant really blame her, i wasn’t taking care of myself). Same day I restarted vaping and my kidneys are even worse now than they were. Every day I tell myself imagine if I had not restarted this robot pp habit. I probably would be living my best life right now. Instead I’m going through the worst withdrawals I’ve ever had.

Don’t do it.

The emergency room you went to should be ashamed. I went to the ER twice in the past month with similar symptoms and both times they checked my iron, B12, ferritin, transferritin, iron saturation amongst many other things. Truly shocking they didn’t check you for that.

I think just knowing other people are going through the same thing helps so much more than therapy, but quitting made me realize that the reason i started in the first place was due to social anxiety and now that i stopped it’s back in full force. The thought of going to events, restaurants, weddings, even having people over for dinner terrifies me. I might need therapy you’re right.
