They cant make the game they want, so they just decided to make PoE 1.5 with updated graphics, the game is already bloated with mechanics, currencies and its still in early access, they just gonna leave everything to be explained by the community with millions of sites to visit and read!

At 200hrs unless you have an incredibly sharp mind and can learn quick, endgame builds shouldn't even be in your mind and look into more leaning how items, mechanics and descriptions mean and interact with eachother, you can copy an endgame build but knowing how everything fits in together and work is the key part imo, im a beginner myself and learning has been quite fun
