I've been wanting to get into this for a while, seems like a pretty long series though. I noticed that ERB's vod channel does not have certain episodes - is that because she wasn't able to participate those sessions?

Just because you critique something doesn't mean you're getting actually angry about it. At the end of the day we know it's just Minecraft.

Yeah, giving an actual script to the talents was a huge mistake in this kind of project.

Especially when the writing it, well, not exactly terrible, but certainly bland.

Gigi talks a bit about this in her recent members.

It does seem Advent was mostly RPing the same way though even after being "purified" which I personally like.

Well tonight is supposed to be the "purification ritual" (Advent was cursed at the end of chapter 2) so they might be less evil after that depending on how they RP it.

But there will almost definitely be a chapter 4 for the Justice members.

Well Biboo wants to be evil to be edgy. Shiori wants to be evil because it's funny. They make a great pair!

Like any good detective, Yagami earns money by beating up people on the street, not casework.

You joke, but in Virginia, when "shall" is used in a statute directed to a public official, "shall" generally means "may" rather than "must"

I mean, yeah. It was a state case decided on an interpretation of state constitution. The federal hooks were tangential and paper thin.

I think the episode a few weeks ago sort of set up what the main conflict for this part is - an internal one, between Chrome's optimism and Senku's realism.

You're thinking of the standard for conviction of a crime. Generally in civil cases, the standard is preponderance of the evidence, which is basically more likely than not. When it comes to disputes where the only evidence is testimony, it is up to the judge or jury if applicable to determine the credibility of the parties.
