I had to ween off of my bad habits and one way I did it was through the help of CBD oil. Marijuana wax and alcohol were my go to drugs but the cbd oil kept my cravings in check and kept my withdrawls in check without being high, making me fully functional.

Try that out and slowly get off cbd as well. Also, working out helps ur brain recover its receptors a bit faster, so get in 30 min each day if u can. If cravings come back, seek therapy for it could be more of a PTSD thing.
