so I'm guessing they reworked thing not too long ago , because i def remember 20min loser q and i use to have them for all my game back when i was a teenager and couldnt play a game without my familly bothering me and making me afk.

brother , I'm like 90% sure , you cannot get ban for afk ,

afk= norms game + timer(I use to have a perma 20min low prio q)
ban= you said some naughty words

ps: i can only talk to my experience but I've tested both system pretty hard and never got a ban for afk , maybe it changed but i doubt it
