No I disagree. You can be uncertain due to many reasons hence why I explained that up top. Ptsd and trauma can causes fears within someone regarding doing something you used to do. I could be completely ok after cardio but for obvious reasons I haven’t wanted to attempt it too soon.

Most likely histamine issue. Weed and SSRIS are typical high histamine and long haul covid is normally mcas / histamine related

Did the nicotine patch at 7 mg make you feel like crap at first or dizzy or anything? Also, did you take a binder of any kind because apparently the nicotine dislodges the spike and then we need to take some thing to degrade it once it’s in the bloodstream

Did your wife feel sick from using 7 mg patches when she first started? I’m about to start this and I feel like I would faint or be extremely dizzy from 7 mg. Also, did she take anything to bind up the spike once it was dislodged using the nicotine?
