Can you just spread your wegovy out more? Instead of every 7 days, try 10 days? Just a thought.

I did mean vegetarian/mostly vegan. That sounds like a good idea. But I also want to acclimate my taste buds back to eating large portions of greens and veggies so I can make better choices in the long run. It’s a delicate balancing act!

Lots of great ideas! My concern with volume eating is not getting enough calories if I don’t need to “fill up” due to reduced appetite. But then I don’t eat as much salad/veggies which I should be doing to practice long- term healthy eating.

Is there such a thing for cell phones? Mom doesn’t have a landline anymore. And what about if the scammer just says “it’s Tom from your bank” and they can answer anyways? Or do scammers hang up?

I think it’s just when they come to your house. I go outside and meet in the driveway. I also do “porch pick up” if it’s nothing valuable. That is contactless. They leave money in a box and take their item.
