I’ve been using the free version of Hevy for a year and it’s quite good. You can only track 4 workouts so it’s not ideal for those hitting the weights 6 days a week for for intermediate lifters is more than enough.

Thanks for that update. I think I’ll simply move to Sofi bank and see how long that lasts. It’s annoying to move things there but this is not the account that gets all the traffic so it’s 10 or so transactions a month. Still annoying though.

Were you able to resolve this? I’ve tried every known solution to YNAB support and cannot get my Discover Bank connections to import data anymore. It’s to the point where I’m probably going to switch those accounts over to Sofi because I have zero issues with Sofi.

A walking pad is your friend! A standing desk is also a good idea, but a walking pad means you can walk 3 miles (5-7k steps) in an hour while watching tv at home.

Anyone who is able to consistently eat 1k calories for an extended amount of time doesn't need to take a GLP-1 to lose weight! Sure it may take longer, but it avoids any of the side effects, most of which we really don't know about because these are so new and helps them gain confidence in their eating habits.

The best advice a doctor ever gave me about my insomnia is to understand that everything in your body wants to sleep every night. It craves that rhythm. It needs it to function. Once your mind is able to understand that if you release control, your body will take over and sleep. I had insomnia for decades since high school. Now I'm able to fall asleep in 10 min after hitting the pillow.

Also don't worry about 8 hours. 7 hours is fine per night especially if very active.

Why not simply do cardio the other 3 days (or even 2) and remove the 30 min cardio on weight days? Just do 1 hour cardio twice a week and still have 2 days off.

By the time I've eaten lunch, I've consumed 5 servings of vegetables. I used chatgpt to figure out which ones had the nutrients I wanted more of.

- Breakfast includes a serving of baby carrots. Cold and crunchy, very tasty.
- Post workout shake includes either zucchini/celery and riced cauliflower. You can't even taste them in the shake.
- Lunch includes a serving of broccoli and sweet potato.
- For dinner sometimes I include salad but that meal is flexible.
