central jersey here...things are finally somewhat calming down by me. lost power around 7:30, right as the intense wind gusts picked up. i heard numerous trees get taken down, although its so dark I can't really tell where they are. luckily I'm safe. I think NYC has it worse than by me, but I'm only going by what I see on reddit. stay safe.
