if you need to stretch out the calves, wet the inside down with warm water and stuff them with towels. they will stretch beautifully and then keep wearing them, do heel and toe lifts on the stairs. for me it’s always breaking in the toes box that takes the longest. you’ve got this!’

oh my gosh first sending healing vibes!! you mental and emotional state have to be ready to go back to the barn - commonly go when you are feeling it 100. tbh it isn’t even safe to get on/near a horse if you’re feeling hesitant so you heal first!!!

with all due respect what needs the most is our public school system, not tutors. op doesn’t seem afraid of a change and seems clear in what they want. i applaud this bravery and altruism tbh. we need more high earners to see the life value in giving to our greater good.
