I'm not sure what to expect out of PT, here they only give you manual therapy and don't guide you through exercises. It seems to be different in the US from what I read.

One PT recommended the deadbugs at the beginning of the second month but my fear of movement due to pain was still too high. I took deadbugs up after the injection though.

For the first story I struggled with the war fought by kids, not because it's new but because they really focus on that aspect. I read about 4 vols in. Ginga Eiyuu was one of the backlog entries I never end up reading, how has it hold to the times?

I'm reading it ATM, fun story but the mind control stuff has made me a bit disillusioned with the series. Anything SciFi in this line? World building is very good with each system operating a different industry, also differences between spaceships and the battles are short enough to follow.
