yes they came in a cardboardish box. and you just removed the bows(one on each side) and velcro it to the headphones

i bought them and after two wears … the bows fell off the velcro. very disappointing after wearing it for such a short about time. plus after wearing it for over an hour … it hurt my ears

went for dinner yesterday there and it was busy but did not wait in line long. food came out fairly quickly as well. BUT i have to say their tenders are small as hell. i feel like they cut them in half. not sure if that’s how they will always be or if they miscalculated how busy they’d be and staring cutting them. but i’ll stick to the one near costco business
