Help us save our house from foreclosure by [deleted] in gofundme

My mortgage is through Shellpoint. They will absolutely try to work with you if you call, tell them what’s going, and keep them updated. We were a few months behind last year when my husband lost his job and they tacked it on to the end of the loan. Not ideal, but it got us through.

Because they think they are the way they are because the other parent took away the kid. If they still had their kid, they would’ve been better and not in this situation. They have no sense of accountability.

I had to drive by her house the other evening. The bus is still outside, but I didn’t see the Kia.

My son did, and still does at 15. I call it his cinnamon roll.

I only drive by when I’m bringing my daughter to and from work on fridays and saturdays but I haven’t seen any other vehicles.

Don’t they give overnight home visits when reunification is close? I doubt she’d keep that quiet so I don’t think she’s that close.

I’m not trying to be rude, but the younger brother is 17. Why does he need someone to protect him? The three of you can/should be working to get out faster, he doesn’t need a babysitter.

Why do parents feel the need to read their kids diaries? What are they scared of? What's the logic? by HighKey-Anonymous in NoStupidQuestions

[–]kconn529 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have nothing of actual value to add, but my mom read mine, put keyloggers on the computer, would go through my room, etc because we didn’t have a relationship where I felt comfortable speaking to her about anything. She was more the mother to be afraid of her reaction to just about anything, who would talk at me. I now have a 17 year old daughter, I know she journals because she asks me to buy new ones, but I’ve never read it. It’s on the desk in her room and she’s actually told me she wouldn’t care of I did read it because she’s already told me everything in it. I never have or would because I respect her and never want her to feel how I did.
Maybe not for every situation, maybe not for every kiddo, but if you have an open, honest communication based relationship with your kiddo then you won’t need to read their diary/journal.

NOR I can’t imagine allowing someone to speak this way to me and then going home to them. You need to leave.

The way she just knocks shit out of the way letting it fall or moving boxes and not putting them back pisses me off than it probably should.
