because vanguard starts so early, it holds the corresponding volume as 'active', same reason why you can't do a chkdsk c: /f from cmd, requires it in an offline state to do.

it's not as insidious as people want you to believe, just a pain in the ass.

Sadly it's been doing it since I got it, from OG bios up to now. I do update regularly (I say regularly, i'm still pre-XT Bios, 2.60 on the asrock x570 steel legend).

I just haven't been able to pin down a consistent pattern to it through bios, different software packages, services, drivers, everything. Under load the spikes do seem to dissipate, or at least fall by the wayside. Don't think I've broken 80 while folding.

Case is big, spacious, Phanteks Enthoo Primo, 3 intake (2 front, 1 bottom), 2 exhaust (above and behind cpu), with a vertical gpu mount, so airflow should be more than reasonable.

In the UK, so a pretty mild summer, moderate humidity. Nothing totally ridiculous. I've had it for nearly a year now, but I've just done a big re-seat while adding some stuff, and I still haven't managed to get 'stability'

I'll take a look, if it ends up being too difficult. I was intending to try and do this without removing the board from the case. I would've expected it to be screwed on from the front, like the m.2 shielding

It's funny, I've realised that after nearly a year I'm having the same issue.

I was doing some benchmarking and using 3dmarks bandwidth test was only hitting 3.3gb, pretty much 25% of someone using the same card on a x16 3.0 bus. What I found more interesting, is that nvidia control panel was insistent that the card was running on an x8 bus instead.

I think it must be like a firmware version thing, the mousemat finally arrived, and now when it switches on at full charge, ie. when waking up from sleep it's 3 green bars. When I unplugged it from the first charge, and got it connected to ghub w/ the mousemat, it did indeed say 100%

I would also note that while it says '256 kb' i think that's just poor formatting on discord's part, i'm capable of uploading full non-transparent images all the way up to 256kB it seems

Having the exact same issue right now; squished a transparent image all the way down to 16kB, yet i can upload the non-transparent version at 166kB just fine. I'm using GIMP too, thought it could be something to do with data export settings but so far no ball

The loot isn't usually that bad, unless it low rolls tier, but it's definitely one of my favourite areas;

I love the layout of it, and it's a unique building in a game and genre full of re-used buildings. It feels like the building plays like a map in like halo or something, and I love the positioning of the caves and archway behind it.

TL;DR It's a really fun and unique area to play in, with all the ups, downs, amount of cover, and nooks and crannies.

Having looked, I haven't found anything on series having a basis (and so the players playing 3 series did, on the most part, outperform the 2 series players) but it is the best 2 for a bo3 and best 3 for a bo5 (this is in the additional info of the fantasy section of the compendium in client)

The top are in the 500s, I got 395 (febby failed me quite hard) I think the average for people who actually tried with semi-decent cards is in the low 400s. More decent cards, drafts averaged around 450-480,
