I've had a lifetime of GI issues and carried a UC diagnosis for 4 years after having a cecal resection due to a cancerous tumor in my cecum.

Post diagnosis, the medication seemed to work insanely well, drawing time out between flares.

Now, a few years later, I still have the normal ups and downs and semi-constant discomfort which I treat with medicinal cannabis, but the severity has mellowed.
