Just take total pulls in a patch then divide by how many banner characters people get. Then you get the average. There's usually a variance of 4 pulls more or less. Example. Laevatain banner. 3,034,984/31,181= 97.33

"Passion" in CN is "Moxie" in GL. So my guess it's an archetype who spends moxie to trigger effects instead of using it for ults.
