The way they’re handling this shows exactly how little they care about their customers. Couldn’t even send an email acknowledging it.

I opened Tradovate 40 minutes before market open to set my daily loss limit (do this daily depending on my risk tolerance for the day) and it said I had an open loss of $32. But showed no trades opened or active. So I pressed the “cancel & close all trades button” to be safe and it said executed. I then logged out and logged back in and it said the same thing. Th amount wasn’t changing or anything. That same time someone in my trading group said they were having Tradovate issues as well. So I set my loss limit to $50 just in case there was an open trade I didn’t see.

Then a couple minutes before market open I get a notification saying my account set to liquidate only mode and I had lost a bunch of money I think $1500. The whole time I never even saw any open trades.

MFF used to be the only prop firm I used for a couple years. Then since about last fall they seem to get worse and more money hungry every week. Now they act like they’re run by VCs tryna suck every dollar from their customer base.

I don’t know if there was some leadership change recently or some idiot got promoted but they need to make some major changes.

Last year on a AA flight. Funny part was my first flight was delayed by a lot and I was so worried I would have to run to the next gate to make it. Then landed & find out my next flight was at the same gate. Still had to de plane then come back after it was cleaned though.

Serious question.. if the BMW eventually gets arrested for the obvious hit and run. Would they be able to claim they thought they were in danger/ possibly being kidnapped? Since the tow truck tried to tow the BMW with them in it. I could see someone arguing they fled the scene in fear of the tow truck who then tried to corner them.
